    • Try eating wholegrain rice – not white rice. White rice doesn’t have all the nutrients that wholegrain rice has, and it won’t work on enriching your hair. Eating wholegrain rice will make your hair grow very fast, I’ve been eating wholegrain rice three times a week for years after my hair growth dramatically slowed down in my 40s. My hair is long and thick like it was in my 20s now. I tried pouring rice water on my hair before I got into eating the rice after someone told me it would make my hair grow. No, it didn’t do anything at all. You need those vitamins and minerals in your body, not on the outside of the hair. It will give you longer stronger nails too, and softer skin. Why pour rice water on your hair when you gain so much more from eating it?
