The Zero Skin Foot Care Tips

While most of us take care of our facial skin, hair & even hand, foot care would not even be in the routine. It all ends just n cutting your nails. Ignoring the feet can have serious impacts including fungal infections, corns, cracks, bad order, dry & dull looking feet. Think of a beautiful you with an ugly feet? You surely want to avoid that situation. Don’t you want to flaunt those nice looking feet with that sexy heels? Let see few quick ways on how you can take care of your feet with minimal effort.

1. Keep them clean always

Since your feet is always exposed to dirt & dust, its prone to infections and hence you need to always take caution in washing your foot as soon as you come home. Use soap at least once in the evening to ensure you don’t carry any of those dirt that you carried along when you were out.

2. Watch out your shoes and socks

Ensure you wear a socks whenever possible, that helps you in keeping your feet away from moisture when wearing shoes and from dirt while wearing slippers. Do take care your socks and shoes are clean and do not carry bad odour. Washing your shoes often is a good thing you can do to your feet. Ensure your shoes and slippers are in right condition always. Damaged soles, uneven flats are all going to affect your feet in the long run.

3. Mositurize your feet always

Your feet tends to be dry as it gets exposed always to sun and dirt causing dullness and wrinkles. So moisturise your foot always & your moisturiser should be a bit heavy one as compared to the light weight ones you use for face and body. As we always suggest, look for a moisturiser that users butters like shea butter or cocoa butter as they contain high concentrations of fatty acids that gives them the emollient & humectant properties. Something like The Zero Skin’s Classic Rose Body Butter.

4. Pamper your foot

Soak your foot in warm water for 20 minutes at least once in a fortnight. This helps soften the skin. You can also use a natural scrubber to give a gentle exfoliation to get rid of any dead skin cells.  You can also add essential oils that contains certain benefits. For example tea tree oil can be used for its antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral and antiseptic properties. Alternatively you can opt for natural foot soaks available in the market. Go for one with sea salt as it helps soothe those aching joints and muscles.
