  5. Limit the exposure to sunlight .Small amounts of daily exposure produce vitamin D and are beneficial, but too much sun will damage your skin. Wear your sunglasses, and use zinc or titanium dioxide sunscreen.
  6. Avoid sugar as it causes damage to collagen and elastin and cause wrinkles. Add fat into your meal like avocado, olive oil and fish. Many natural skincare products contains this oils.
  7. Stress can cause damage to your skin. Engage in yoga and meditation to relieve from stress. Have good quality sleep for at-least 8 hours a day. Smile a lot which is a good exercise to facial skin.
