While most of us take care of our facial skin, hair & even hand, foot care would not even be in the routine. It all ends just n cutting your nails. 1. Keep them clean always
Since your feet are always exposed to dirt & dust, its prone to infections, and hence you need to always take caution in washing your foot as soon as you come home. Use soap at least once in the evening to ensure you don’t carry any of the dirt that you carried along when you were out.
2. Watch out for your shoes and socks
Ensure you wear socks whenever possible, which helps you in keeping your feet away from moisture when wearing shoes and from dirt while wearing slippers. Do take care your socks and shoes are clean and do not carry bad odor. Washing your shoes often is a good thing you can do for your feet. Ensure your shoes and slippers are in the right condition always. Damaged soles, and uneven flats are all going to affect your feet in the long run.
3. Moisturize your feet always
Your feet tend to be dry as it gets exposed always to sun and dirt causing dullness and wrinkles. So moisturize your foot always & your moisturiser should be a bit heavy as compared to the lightweight ones you use for your face and body. 4. Pamper your foot

You can also add essential oils that contain certain benefits. For example, tea tree oil can be used for its antibacterial, anti-fungal, antiviral, and antiseptic properties. Alternatively, you can opt for natural foot soaks available in the market. Go for one with sea salt as it helps soothe those aching joints and muscles.
